1. Scope of Services & Operational Model
chairpadhub operates from Mexico, delivering custom garden design concepts and spatial planning services for residential properties located in North America and Europe.
- Service Nature: Our service is strictly limited to providing custom conceptual layouts, space optimization plans, and digital design documentation tailored to client specifications. We do not provide physical construction, on-site labor, local engineering evaluations, or material procurement.
- Service Execution Model: Services are initiated through a deposit payment followed by the submission of a project requirement intake form.
2. Project Engagement & Workflow
To ensure smooth project coordination, all design engagements follow a structured four-step workflow:
- Deposit Payment: The client places a initial deposit through the Site to reserve design capacity.
- Project Form Submission: The client submits a detailed intake form including site dimensions, layout preferences, and property context.
- Drafting & Layout Development: Our team formulates the custom spatial concept based directly on the parameters provided in the submitted form.
- Final Delivery & Balance Settlement: Completed conceptual design documentation is delivered digitally upon full settlement of any remaining project balance.
3. Client Obligations & Data Accuracy
- Accurate Information: The client is responsible for providing complete, clear, and precise measurements, photos, and project criteria in the intake form.
- Impact of Errors: Our design team relies entirely on the specifications provided by the client. We accept no responsibility for design mismatches, space discrepancies, or layout misalignments resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client-submitted data.
4. Deposit, Revisions & Cancellation Policy
- Deposit Purpose: Initial deposits reserve design team capacity and cover initial spatial assessment and drafting allocation.
- Non-Refundable Status: Once the project intake form has been submitted and work on the spatial assessment or layout drafting has commenced, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
- Project Revisions: Each custom design engagement includes up to two (2) rounds of minor adjustments (such as minor element repositioning). Substantial scope alterations, layout re-zoning, or complete redesign requests based on changed client parameters after drafting has started will require a separate service agreement and additional fee.
5. Conceptual Plan Disclaimer
- All plans, spatial layouts, and documentation provided by chairpadhub are intended solely as conceptual design recommendations.
- Clients are strictly responsible for verifying local zoning laws, building codes, property boundaries, and underground utility locations with qualified local contractors or municipal authorities prior to executing any physical site alterations.
6. Intellectual Property
All original layout structures, visual concept presentations, website copy, and proprietary materials on www.chairpadhub.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of chairpadhub. Upon full payment for a custom design project, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the delivered design plans solely for their residential property.
7. Revisions to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time to reflect operational, legal, or administrative adjustments. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Site or engagement with our services following updates indicates acceptance of the amended Terms.
